The Holiday Inn Vinogradovo Hotel hosts ISDEF 2007 Spring

Another advantage of the Holiday Inn is its convenient location. Situated 4 kilometers from the Moscow Ring Road along the Dmitrovsky highway, it can be easily reached by car or public transport. In the event you will be using public transport there are two convenient routes:

  • From the city centre - a free shuttle-bus from the Okhotny Ryad metro station (timetable);
  • From the Altufyevo metro station - a bus and shuttle-bus ¹658 and ¹503 to the Vinogradovo bus-stop

 

In the vicinity of the hotel there is a lake that has beside it a recreation area with football, volleyball and tennis grounds, covered pavilions and barbecue areas.

 

The organizers of the conference guarantee that the hotel will accommodate everyone wishing to participate in the conference.

 

The large Nikolaevsky conference hall seats 400 people. Next to it there is a smaller hall, the Ekaterina, which seats 130. Smaller seminar rooms for 12-20 people are available on every floor.


Accommodation and meals

 

The hotel suites are situated in a modern several-storied building. Those attending the conference may choose to stay in single, double or three-room suites.

 

Each room is equipped with:

  • a large bed (queen-size) in standard single and double rooms
  • two beds in standard double rooms with separate beds

Breakfasts, lunches and dinner on the second day are served as buffet in the Àtrium restaurant.

 

There is another small restaurant open in the evening, the Rasputin, which seats 25, and a bar for up to 20 patrons in the lobby.

 

The parking-lot is located in a secure supervised area and can hold over a hundred cars.
