Please keep in mind that sponsors are not exempt from registration fees

Bronze Sponsor - $750  

  • Rotation of the Sponsor's banner on the ISDEF site. 
  • Logo placement on the Sponsors’ webpage. 
  • Logo placement in the conference program.  
  • Publication of the advertising section (1/4 of the page) in the conference program. 
  • Recognition as the Bronze Sponsor at the banquet. 

Silver Sponsor  - $2.500  

  •  Rotation of the Sponsor's banner on the ISDEF site. 
  • Logo placement on the Sponsors’ webpage. 
  • Publication of the advertising section (1/2 of the page) in the conference program;  
  • The opportunity to add the Sponsor's promotional materials to the attendee bags distributed among all conference participants.  
  • Recognition as the Silver Sponsor at the banquet. 
  • The opportunity to give a 15 minute presentation. 
  • The opportunity to get a space for the Sponsor's advertising poster (900*2000 mm max). 

Gold Sponsor - $5.000  

  • Rotation of the Sponsor's banner on the ISDEF site. 
  • Logo placement on the Sponsors’ webpage. 
  • Publication of the advertising section (1 page) in the conference program. 
  • The opportunity to add the Sponsor's promotional materials to the attendee bags distributed among all conference participants as well as the logo placement on any item of your choice (T-shirts, a bags, writing pads & pens). Logo items and logo placement are provided by the Sponsor.  
  • Recognition as the Gold Sponsor at the banquet. 
  • The opportunity to give a 20 minute presentation. 
  • The opportunity to get a place for the Sponsor's stand.   
  • Free participation in the conference for one representative. It includes the participant's fee, meals and marketing materials. 
  • Placement of the advertising poster in the conference hall. 

Platinum Sponsor - $10.000  

  • Rotation of the Sponsor's banner on the ISDEF site. 
  • Logo placement on the Sponsors’ webpage. 
  • Publication of the advertising section (2 pages) in the conference program. 
  • The opportunity to the add Sponsor's promotional materials to the attendee bags distributed among all conference participants. 
  • Recognition as the Platinum Sponsor at the banquet and in the press releases published after the conference.   
  • The opportunity to give two 20 minute presentations within conference sections. 
  • Participation in the round table on partner programs. 
  • Booking up to 10 participant places for partners. 
  • Free participation in the conference for 2 representatives. It includes the participant's fee, meals and marketing materials. 
  • Placement of the banners and advertising posters in the plenary session hall. 
  • The opportunity to hold lotteries, drawings, etc during the ISDEF banquet.  
  • Hinged banners at hotel restaurant (the banner size up to 2,0*4,0 m.).  
  • The opportunity to give a 10 minute VIP presentation during the plenary session.

Investment partner - $2.500 

  • Rotation of the Partner's banner on the ISDEF site. 
  • Logo placement on the Sponsors’ webpage. 
  • Publication of the advertising section (1/2 pages) in the conference program. 
  • The opportunity to the add Partner's promotional materials to the attendee bags distributed among all conference participants. 
  • Recognition as the Investment partner at the banquet and in the press releases published after the conference  
  • The opportunity to get a space for the Sponsor's advertising poster (900*2000 mm max). 
  • Full information on IT projects presentations from ISDEF members for investors 
  • Participation in the investment section of the conference 

General Sponsor   

The General Sponsor's package is to be discussed individually. 

Attention! 

  1. The subject of the presentation of the platinum and gold sponsor to be confirmed with moderator 
  2. All levels Conference 2011 sponsor banner rotation is made on ISDEF homepage during 01.Sep.2011 ÷ 01.Apr.2012. Banner size - 468*60 pixels. 
  3. Advertising materials of all levels sponsor should be brought to the Organizing committee of the Conference before 17.Sep.2011. Upon concurrence with the Organizing committee of the Conference, manufacturing of the promotional materials may be delegated to the Organizing Committee (at cost).
