Sponsorship packages
Please keep in mind that sponsors are not exempt from registration fees
Silver level - $2.000
Rotation of the banner at the ISDEF site;
Logo placement on the sponsors’ webpage;
Logo placement in the program of the conference;
Opportunity to add sponsor’s marketing materials to the handout sets distributed among the participants of the conference;
Mentioning as a silver sponsor at the banquet;
Opportunity to hold a 15 minute presentation or report;
Opportunity to get a space for advertising poster (of size no more than 900*2000 mm);
Gold level - $3.000
Rotation of the banner at the ISDEF site;
Logo placement on the sponsors’ webpage;
Logo placement in the program of the conference;
Opportunity to add sponsor’s materials to the handout sets distributed among the participants of the conference, including drawing of the logotype (to choose from badge, T-shirt, bag, notebook+pen). Sponsor’s staff wearing logo and logotype drawing are provided by sponsors. Options: partial payment for the staff wearing logo and logotype drawing;
Mentioning as a gold sponsor at the banquet;
Opportunity to hold a 15 minute presentation or report;
Opportunity to get a space for sponsor’s stand;
Placement of the advertising in the conference hall;
General sponsor
The general sponsor’s package is discussed on a case-by-case basis.
Attention!
1. Speech of the sponsors should be agreed with the moderator of the section
2. Rotation of banners of sponsors of all levels of the conference ISDEF Spring 2011 will take place on the home page of the conference during the period 10.04.2011 - 10.09.2011. Bannersize - 468 * 60 pixels.
3. Advertising bills, all levels sponsors’ materials should be handed over to the Organizing Committee not later than April 21, 2011 under the agreement with the Organizing Committee the advertising materials may be produced by the Organizing Committee on the fee basis (at cost price).
