Sponsorship packages
Please note that sponsorship packages does NOT include the registration fee.
Bronze package ($300) includes:
- Rotation of the sponsor’s banner on the ISDEF website;
- Placement of the sponsor’s logo on the sponsors page;
- Mention at the banquet as a bronze sponsor.
Silver package ($1250) includes:
- Rotation of the sponsor’s banner on the ISDEF website;
- Publication of a half-page advertising module in the conference program;
- Placement of the sponsor’s logo on the sponsors page;
- The opportunity to add one’s own material to conference handouts;
- Mention at the banquet as a silver sponsor;
- The opportunity to give a 15-minute talk or presentation;
- Opportunity for an exhibition stand;
- The opportunity to receive a place for a small sponsor’s stand.
Gold package ($2500) includes:
- Rotation of the sponsor’s banner on the ISDEF website;
- Publication of an advertising module at 1page of the conference program;
- Placement of the sponsor’s logotype on the sponsors’ page;
- The opportunity to add one’s own material to conference handouts;
- Mention at the banquet as a gold sponsor;
- The opportunity to give a 30-minute talk or presentation;
- The opportunity to receive a place for a sponsor’s stand;
- Placement of advertising in the conference hall;
- The right to organize additional activities (at an additional charge).
General Sponsor
The General Sponsor’s package is discussed on an individual basis.
