Sponsorship packages

Please note that sponsorship packages does NOT include the registration fee.

Bronze package ($500) includes:

  • Banner rotation on the ISDEF website;
  • Placement of logo on the Sponsors Page of the website;
  • Placement of logo in the conference programme;
  • Mention at the Banquet as a Bronze Sponsor. 

Silver package ($2000) includes:

  • Banner rotation on the ISDEF website;
  • Placement of logo on the Sponsors Page of the website;
  • Placement of logo in the conference programme;
  • Publication of a 1/2-page advertising module in the conference programme;
  • The opportunity to add ones own material to the set of handouts provided to all conference participants;
  • Mention at the Banquet as a Silver Sponsor;
  • *The opportunity  to give a 15-minute talk or presentation;
  • A spot for a small sponsors stand.

Gold package ($4000) includes:

  • Banner rotation on the ISDEF website;
  • Placement of logo on the Sponsors Page of the website;
  • Placement of logo in the conference programme;
  • Publication of a 1-page advertising module in the conference programme;
  • The opportunity to add ones own material to the set of handouts provided to all conference participants;
  • Mention at the Banquet as a Gold Sponsor;
  • *The opportunity  to give a 30-minute talk or presentation;
  • A spot for a sponsors stand;
  • Placement of advertising in the conference-hall.

Platinum package ($7000) includes:

  • Banner rotation on the ISDEF website;
  • Placement of logo on the Sponsors Page of the website;
  • Placement of logo in the conference programme;
  • Publication of a 2-page advertising module in the conference programme;
  • The opportunity to add ones own material to the set of handouts provided to all conference participants;
  • Mention as a Platinum Sponsor at the Banquet as well as in conference follow-up press-releases;
  • *The opportunity  to give a 30-minute talk or presentation;
  • A spot for a sponsors stand;
  • The opportunity to conduct draws, lotteries, etc;
  • Placement of advertising in the conference-hall.

General Sponsor
The general sponsor package is negotiated on an individual basis.
